Black Adder, Lessons of War

Only the british seem to understand how to add comedy to such a grim subject as war. The last few lines spoken in 'Black Adder Goes Fourth' are some of the best lines ever to be exchanged on TV being funny while providing a grim and gritty feeling of the experiences the characters are feeling.



The final lesson Black Adder learns about is one of the most important, that madness is not the solution to escape a madenning situation.

Another one of my faveourite scenes is about how World War One started, it perfectly highlights the irony of war sometimes.



Of course were not so different now, different war same principles.
